Working alongside the Flexigraze conservation grazing team, progress has been made at Prestwick Carr new Newcastle in improving the grazing regimes. Two Exmoor ponies have been moved onto the centre of the Carr a number of rare breed sheep and cattle will be moved onto the site over the summer.

Northumberland Wildlife Trust has received two separate donations for its work at Prestwick Carr.
