The Northumberland Astronomical Association has generously shared some of its images of the Northern Lights – auroro borealis – which have been visible in parts of the county in the last few days.

These images were take on January 22 near Morpeth, in the south.  Many thanks to Dr Adrian Jannetta for allowing us to use the images.
